When I turn on (HP Pavillion dv6000) in my laptop, the following happens:
1. The HP screen appears.
2. Then the Windows computer screen appears.
3. The computer seems to help me connect and start the desktop (as usual), but before that I get the full error message:

Failed to load Login UI DLL msgina.dll. Contact your system administrator to replace most DLLs or repair one DLL.

At the bottom of the box, there is a device labeled “reboot”. When I try to close, you kindNote that the message box just doesn’t disappear.

I’ve tried running Private Mode in Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, and Safe Mode with the Promt command condition. I also tried Last Known Good Configuration, Directory Services Restore and Debug Mode. None of them allow me to miss the error message.

This is just a missing .replica dll in the system32 folder for cd or download from internet
