Background: My wife is a BES 5.0.3MR6 administrator. I have been using a Sprint 9930 for a few minutes and have used Bridge to test with a Playbook a. This 9930 was having problems with a laptop or computer and I activated an awesome 9930 replacement. Almost the same BES guidelines were applied with this 9930 replacement.
Problem: I tried to launch My World from AppWorld and got the following error: An error has occurred. Please try again later. (Bug ID: 40850) I don’t think it’s a Blackberry ID issue, just because I turned on WiFi and tried to access MyWorld again. It worked at this hour.
Q: I can’t find an answer to help you understand what this error means or how to fix it. Does anyone need a way to fix this by turning on Wi-Fi?

Thanks for comments. I saw this post and it doesn’t help meog. Since the 9930 allows me to connect to MyWorld wirelessly, I’m going to ask this bunch of helpful devices to make sure they have the right data plan when buying a new phone. This is one of the things that I cannot test in our trading environment.

Background: I was a BES 5.0.3MR6 administrator. I finally found a Sprint 9930 that works with Bridge so I can test it with a Playbook. This 9930 had keyboard issues and I activated the 9930 replacement. It’s unbelievable that the same BES guidelines were applied to this 9930 replacement.

Question: I can not find an answer, what does this error mean and how to fix it. Does anyone have a way to solve this problem without providing Wi-Fi?

Thanks for answer. I saw the post but it didn’t help me. Since I can connect to MyWorld from 9930 via WiFi, I will ask our component team to make sure that this alias is on the correct data plan. This is one of the few things I can’t test in our corporate environment.

(Bug ID: 40850) I’m not entirely sure if there was a problem with the Blackberry ID since I turned on Wi-Fi in addition to trying to access MyWorld. This time it worked.
Question: Although I can’t find an answer, what does this error usually mean and how to solve it. Can one person solve this problem by not turning on Wi-Fi?

Since I can use Wi-Fi in the morning to access MyWorld from 9930, I’ll ask our device collection to make sure this replacement phone comes with the correct data plan. Perhaps this is one of the few things that I cannot check in our company and in our environment.
