I work with Sony hypodermic MXF files on and ProRes fs7 files on BlackMagic Video Assist.

Whenever I try to create a specific timeline (using File > New Episode or dragging a clip into an empty timeline window), I get this crash.

I have Ae 5.5 and all of a sudden when I try to copy multiple pre-composited layers of a certain composition I get an INPUT CONTRACT VIOLATION error and wonder if I can save the project as another, maybe it will be terminated. This happens every time I try to open again and what to copy, it helps to identify the layers.
I tried to replace the images with another type (PNG file, so you and ps) without success. I have cleared settings, corrected, zapped error, checked disk permissions and the disk with the utility.
Can anyone help?

As for – 8 GB of RAM is not much for useful multiprocessing on your quad-core processor – I would recommend at least 16 GB.
